Trimester Result and Attendance Based Scholarship |

• The student shall ensure at least 90% attendance in each course to be eligible for Trimester-based Academic Excellence Scholarship.
• The scholarship will be applicable for 1(one) trimester only.
• Must take all the offered courses (atleast 12.0 CH) in that trimester for undergraduate program;
and
Must take at least 12.0 CH in that trimester for graduate program
• Credit hour earned through retake or incomplete course registration shall not be considered during Trimester-based Academic Excellence Scholarship evaluation.
• Trimester-wise Academic Excellence Scholarship shall cover tuition fees for only courses offered for that batch and that are regular, not applicable for extra, incomplete, self-study or retake courses. |

- Current CUB Employee is entitled for this scholarship.
- If the employee leaves the job from CUB, then the general scholarship policy will be applied for the remaining period.

Applicable for the entire program provided that the student:
- Take all the offered courses for undergraduate program or at least 12 CH in Master program; and
- Does not fail in any courses;
For Continuation of the scholarship, following conditions must be maintained:
- For getting 100% scholarship in a trimester, the CGPA ≥ 3.75 and attendance ≥ 90% in the previous trimester;
- For getting 70% scholarship in a trimester, the CGPA ≥ 3.50 and attendance ≥ 90% in the previous trimester;
- For getting 60% scholarship in a trimester, the CGPA ≥ 3.50 and attendance ≥ 80% in the previous trimester;
- For getting 50% scholarship in a trimester, the CGPA ≥ 3.25 and attendance ≥ 80% in the previous trimester;
